How do you express yourself?

Expressive Lines embraces and explores abstraction through hand drawn art, motion, form, texture, color, gesture and movement. Lines are active by nature, made by hand or digitally or a combination of both, and are a result of action, a path created. Expressive lines dig deeper. I have created lines with markers, pens, a toothbrush, and even strange objects like a battery or a charger; lines can be made out of anything! This project is my own form of expression that I have carried with me for years, and have used to help express my emotions through a visual medium. Expressive Lines consists of a book and motion graphics that explore the creative process on how lines are made and how they could be made, and the variation and creative possibilities that can bloom from a single stroke of a marker or pen.
